Q Angle

Q Angle

The Q-angle also is often mentioned in running magazines and on different websites because, if you have a Q-angle you are at risk of certain knee injuries.

Women experience a higher incidence of knee pain. Women are predisposed to knee pain due to their musculo-skeletal structure. The upper leg bone at the hip is wider than men so there is usually a larger angle between the hip and knees. The width of a particular woman’s hip structure will determine how much Q-Angle is actually created. The greater the angle (the wider the hips) the more potential for wear and tear to the knee joint.

Bowlegs (Genu Varum)

A Person is bow legged if when he/she stands straight with the legs (feet) together, the knees don’t touch but the ankles do. This is a leg deformity also called “Genu Varum”.

Infants are born bowlegged because of their folded position in the uterus. The infant's bowed legs begin to straighten once the child starts to walk and the legs begin to bear weight (about 12 to 18 months old). By around age 3, the child can usually stand with the ankles apart and the knees just touching.

Bowlegs that does not go away and is not treated may lead to arthritis in the knees or hips over time.

By building and stretching specific muscle groups, the joints line up gradually for perfect posture and function.  A balanced body over time...all done naturally!

  2. Having bowlegs or knock-knees is frustrating…

As it appears the only way to straighten your legs is to have expensive surgery.

But that’s risky… as all sorts of serious problems can arise… and there’s no guarantee it will work anyway.

Plus, the horrendous scars it leaves are downright ugly.

    So with this in mind…

Is there a safe, natural way to solve the problem?

Yes, and it’s a step-by-step system called “Bow Legs No More”.
