Exercise will boost your feel good endorphins, relieve muscle tension, and help you sleep, reduce stress and balance hormones. It will also increases body temperature and your metabolism so your body will burn more calories. You will feel a calming effect. Your blood pressure will go down. It can give you a break from thinking about the things that are making you depressed or stressed. Your body composition will change. You will be a healthier you. 




Regardless of age, gender, or fitness level, exercise will change your life for good.
